MikeYoungMike Young is the CEO and co-founder of Perry & Young dental laboratory. Founded 35 years ago, Perry & Young has grown under Mike’s leadership from a boutique lab to a nationally recognized industry leader. Mike has helped pioneer the successful advancements of high-end esthetic dentistry and implant dentistry throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. The company was also awarded “The Lean Management Award” in 2010 for Operational Excellence at the annual Lean Management Conference. Mike lectures around the country and also serves as President of the prestigious Technical Research Consortium (TEREC), a group of 14 elite, independently owned, regionally exclusive dental labs focused on advanced technologies. Through TEREC and it’s own initiatives, Perry & Young has partnered with leading companies from around the world to help pioneer new technologies and advance the dental profession.
